Starting out as a trainee recruitment consultant back in 1994 my recruitment experience now spans nearly 15 years. I have worked as a consultant, branch manager, multi - branch manager, industry representative and now, recruitment business owner. During this time I have worked in several sectors including, industrial secretarial, technical, engineering and IT working with High Street multi- branch agencies and one branch specialist recruiters.

I am passionate about the recruitment industry and my aims are simple, to help develop the careers of candidates and grow the businesses of clients through professional consultancy and ethical recruitment methodology. I have experienced many recruitment to recruitment agencies as a candidate, client and industry representative and I believe Nicholas Charles Associates will attain a level of service not seen before in this demanding and vital sector of the industry.
